If you are unsure what a tribute is, it is something made to honor and respect something else. I am simply a fan of Marvel Comics and the many characters it has created throughout the years. While the majority of Marvel films haven't lived up to all they could potentially be, they are still fun and as one fan, I'm sharing my love of Marvel with other fans.

Hey fastweb, Thor was the first movie Marvel did after they were bought by Disney. If Disney wanted to interfere, they could have but they didn't. They left Marvel alone to do the movie their way, just like they said they would. So relax, it's gonna be okay. Besides, the Avengers cartoon on Disney XD is really excellent so if Disney wants to put Marvel fans' fears to rest, they're off to a good start.

@bartsimpson83 Eh, I just saw Thor over this past weekend and I thought it was mediocre at best. Like a friend of mine said, it's like they rushed to get it released not caring just so they could introduce the character in time for The Avengers. I am pleased that the Disney logo didn't appear at the start of the film, though. :P

Thanks to all those who have enjoyed this video. To be honest, I'm not entirely satisfied with this video and may choose to upload a better version in the future. If I do that, I'll probably include clips from more recent Marvel films like Iron Man 2. I figure that Iron Man/War Machine fight against all those robots near the end could fit in somewhere in this video. Again, thanks to all those who like this video and let's all pray that Disney doesn't fuck them over.

@SPIDERxVENOM I'm not exactly sure which clip you're referring to as the quick cuts go by pretty fast, but from 3:24 (when they start) to 3:30, the clips are: Nick Fury (Iron Man), Bullseye (Daredevil), Deathstrike (X2), Mr. Fantastic impersonating Wolverine (Fantastic Four Extended Cut), Ghost Rider (Ghost Rider), Iron Man (Iron Man), Blade (Blade Trinity), Abomination (Incredible Hulk), Mephisto (Ghost Rider), Mr. Fantastic (Fantastic Four 2), The Russian (The Punisher), Sandman (Spidey 3)

I didn't buy any of the films. I rented them for a buck each. Most of them I rented from Blockbuster. A few I rented from Redbox. :)

Reason why I didn't include any Hulk clips was because I only wanted one Hulk rather than any continuity errors. I hadn't seen the '08 version so I rented it and liked it a lot better. It was a similar reason with War Zone. Tom Jane's version is one of my favorite Marvel films so I already made up my mind. And I didn't include any Origins clips because I don't have it on DVD. But after seeing it, I was utterly disappointed and probably wouldn't have included clips from it anyway. :/

Thanks. Reason why I didn't include more X-Men clips is because I had to rent the other dozen films and record clips blindly before editing them together. If I owned all the movies, I could have more easily added an equal number of clips. I wanted to use as many clips as I could from the others so they didn't go to waste. :)

Nice vid, but if you wanted to include those three other films, all you'd have to do would be to crop the video so that it fits the other footage
