you have half decent leg work but your severly lacking in the upper strength part and your abs could do with harder sessions to get tighter/neater flips. overall id say your alright though for a girl, its nice to know im not the only one out there ^_^

awesome. I'd love to see more women get into the game of Parkour. embrace it like an addiction. Because Parkour isn't about skinny,fat,tall,short,male or female it's all about the experience the flight and the expression. Again awesome. Keep on flyin' girl.
