I guess it is gonna be like Antartica.
Who is first gets the land.
So if Hollywood conquers the visible side [from earth] and shows movies on a huge display - so we'll have to pay a fee if we look up at the moon - Bollywood has to be happy with the other part and wait for people to go round the moon...^^

The moon belongs to the moon-men, the moon's native inhabitants who happen to live on the dark side of the moon.
Since the moon-men haven't opened interplanetary diplomatic relations with humankind it is unclear whether they accept humans dropping things on their planet or are upset.
If they happen to be upset, who knows what they will drop on the Earth.
