I agree that this performance of Yellow isn't brilliant, but what do you expect? It's one of their first performances and they're nervous as hell. Coldplay is now well on its way to becoming one of the greatest rock bands of all time! I LOVE COLDPLAY!

You can tell how young Chris actually is by the way he strums his guitar in this video. Up and down, simple as that. Compare it to his performance of Yellow in Tokyo 2009 (also a YT vid with many views). But there's a certain charm to this old Coldplay, for sure. One of the best bands of the past 20 years.
