I'd translate this... but for some weird reason all Japanese lettering and such just doesn't show up onscreen right. It's always messed up, looks like rectangular boxes with random sets of two-digit numbers. Is there some program or update I need to download for my computer to be able to 'understand' Japanese?

Of course the letters in this video I can read just fine...
