the ball never left his right hand and he actually threw it down. this isn't a good angle. there's another angle that i've seen where you can see him actually dunk it down. NOW. technically, this shouldn't even be considered in the realm of dunking because he only hung in the air because he stepped on randolph's leg and pushed himself in the air. that's how as a 1 foot jumper he had the illusion of going strait up and hanging, which 1 foot jumpers don't have.

You can still get an offensive foul called in the restricted area, just not a charge. If you, say, use your off hand to slap a defenders arm while your other arm takes a shot. Or kick a defender away. Those can all be called, in the restricted area or not.
