I bought an AR 15 with a Spike's Tactical lower receiver and I absolutely love it, it is perfect. The upper receiver looks to be a different brand and has no markings. Do you make uppers? and is there a certain brand of uppers you use with rifles you put together? The barrel is a 5.56-223 with a 1/7 twist.

Only if you dont have the permit, and if you're a convicted felon. But generally, no they are not illegal if you take the right steps go obtain them.
