@malaleche240 because we wanted to check if we can use the granulate in an injection molding process. in the end of the day it makes more sense to recycle it to new foam.

maybe it the board was injection moulded in the first place , you wouldnt need to turn it into a toy car. Its a move in the right direction at least. However its no justification for making disposable boards.

this is just an example to show that we can use it in a standard injection-molding-process. that means that you can produce nearly everything from out of it. it is not limited to useless "car toys" ;-)

at the price of $1000 and up I rather buy PU board that surfs just the way I like. I did see Wardo rip on his Hydroflex Rocket but he was a little off.
