Craig Moore from Rugeley who worked for Spa Serve was "kidnapped" by an "armed gang" in Waltham Forest. Gang demanded 8000 from Spa Serve. This happened in 2008, court case Feb 2010. Gang got jail sentences......
spaserve have gone bankrupt, 5 directors have been arrested for possible fraud. There is a receiver dealing with creditors. Good luck if your owed money.
Why should you give these people 1/3 of your hard earnt cash to The Trade Price Group for the inconvenience of coming to your house, miss selling you a hot tub, American when it turns out to be Chinese!
Offering priority shipping 6-8 weeks, when they had no intention of delivering it at all.
Failing to abide by the Cancellations of Contracts in your own home laws.
WARNING - I agree also. If you search Hot Tub RIP on You Tube you will see my hot tub being dismantled and destroyed after getting it condemned and written off by an independent spa specialist. I paid my deposit on a credit card and therefore persued Egg who were brilliant and returned me a full refund. Spa serve were not and they didnt care and never returned phone call, email or letters. 3 failed motors, heaters and more than 80 leaks. Worked for less than 3 weeks out of 18 months.

Delivery promised between 8-12 weeks - nearly 4 weeks later NO spa !!
Manager (Zoe) unable to contact the manager Jonathan Hasselbeeo or the owner Simond Foster for over 3 weeks. Still trying to get money back - will keep you posted
hi thank you for puuting this on here. i feel you are not alone.. purchased hot tub in june 2008.from the trade price group with the same promises from them as yourself(2yrs ago). still awaiting parts nothing works on it. full of promisies to call you back and never do, always awaiting delivery of the goods. . trading standards not very helpfull either. stay well clear.

Search the interent there are loads of horrendous reviews. I am having to take them to court.
nice 1 iv been looking at their web sites 4 a while as me and my mrs are about 2 get 1 after looking at u r coments of that company il give them a big miss they seem a right rip off hope they sort it out soon p.s if i was u i would take them to court thanx again 4 that i wonder how many other people they have ripped off,they wont be ripping me off as il find a different company 2 buy mine thanx again math

14 months from Order to Refund!
We refused to accept a 2/3rds refund.

this company are disgusting. They took £9,990 off us in august 09 and we have nothing!! Presently taking them to court. Steer clear!
