  • @noradnorthcom EVERY NORTH AMERICA AIR STRIKE GOOD THAT KILLS TERRORIST ENEMIES!

  • all that and still not dominated the country?

  • Youre gonna get a Vietnam now mother!

  • the ah-1 zhulu cobra is more advanced than the super cobra

  • jarheads go in and create a diversion while the army goes around them to the real fight! hooah!

  • @johnstamp0980

Jarheads engage the enemy so the army doesn't get caught with it's pants down!

    Hoorah!

  • sorry i meant AH-1 is just a cobra then u have AH-1W then AH-Z viper

  • AH-W1s are the old ones and they are just cobra NOT super cobra. the AH-1Za are super cobra have 4 prepales and AH-w1 has 2

  • BRING THE RAIN!

  • Are these US choppers?

  • yeah, US Marine choppers to be exact

  • Well they cant afford them lol

  • Bottom-line: USMC helicopters can still hold their own very well, infact better than most. While some may call them antiques they are still very effective war machines. Just consider them more "experienced" than other platforms. The Marine Corps is the only branch still making sense with their procurement requests (just check out the aformentioned AH-1Z Viper or the UH-1Y Venom), and will always be a top-of-the line ground force. That UH-1N in the vid is sure holding its own.

  • Actually, those aren't AH-1Gs, they are AH-1Ws, a much more advanced model. In some people's opinions, they are even better then the Apache. Let's see an Apache carry a Maverick like the Super Cobra can. The Super Cobra can also carry both the TOW and Hellfire of Apache fame, as well as the 127mm Zuni rocket and the 70mm Hydra rocket. The Apache can only carry the Hydra. The new AH-1Zs, which will be new manufacture airframes, will maintain all this capability but will be better all around.

  • i think this is the pakistani army against militants in tribal areas of paksitan.....cuz pak army is operation both cobra and huey in combat missions.

  • This is in Iraq 2005, near Al Qaim.

  • Go huey GO!

  • There is a foe the Marines have tangled with and never defeated. The USMC supply system. Make do with antiques and make do with less.

  • i never knew us still flew hueys on combat missions

  • I thought the Hueys were retired. Are those Black Hawks?

  • no they arent

  • The U.S. Marines use an updated version of the Huey instead of the blackhawk.

  • Yeah I noticed there are a couple vids with the updated Huey's. Not Sure but are they fire support?? They have gunners on those Huey's armed with some BIG HEAVY weapons

  • only the army retired them the marines still use them

black hawks are mainly used as troop carriers not attack choppers altho they can be

  • blackhawks like hueys can provide some air support.

  • the marines always get updated 20 years after the other branches. they are still using ch-46 and cobra's both made famous by vietnam war.

  • yup thats beacuse they are under the deparment of navy and they spend all thier time lobying for thier ships and not the marines but the marines figure ways to work around it

  • You want logistics join the Army, but Marines...we make do...

    Semper Fidelis

  • yea whatever

  • 1. your not a Marine, dont say Semper Fidelis.

    2. You've watched generation kill one to many times chief.

  • The Marines arent even suppose to be the leading ground force.

Marines are very good at beach landing operations, and large assualts.

The Army is the normal ground force for most US operations.

  • @Dmega007 if you read our charter we're expeditionary and are supposed to be the first ones in sometimes the Rangers go in with us too but the general army hell no

  • excuse you...battle of fallujah in 04, army signal corps and infantry went in with marines and they are "general army". even during the invasions of desert storm and iraqi freedom, both marines and army both went in, but took different paths to baghdad (basra in desert shield). even in afghanistan, all you hear about is marines are first in this, first that, but they overlook the thousands of army soldiers right alongside the marines.

    one team, one fight.

  • Yeah there may be one fight, but one of those teams is a little more disciplined than the other.

  • Watch black hawnk down

  • Comment removed

  • they need to listen to some flight of the valkery lol

  • Lol Ryan...this is not a game, this is real footage! :-)

  • wtf?! i think somebody lost his sense for reality!... go on the couch dude!

  • You're right, the Black Hawk looks like a better Huey from the design and the concept.

But a Black Hawk is much better, its bulletproofed on the bssement and got 2, not 1, engine-turbines. Soldiers reported after combats, if they would do it with the Huey, they wouldn't made it back to the base, the Black Hawk is very robust! (I think this here is a Bell 412 UH-1N by the marines, because the normal UH-1D is not allowed to go in combat zones anymore...to old)

  • theses hueys have 2 engines check out the new UH-1Y better than the black hawk

  • the huey and cobra have twin engines. you are thinking of the last version the army used.

  • The army doesn't use Cobras anymore...only the marines. The army got their apaches and only a few hueys in a homeland rescue-unit and for flighttraining. The Uh-1N are also only used by the marines...

  • Thats cause the Marines get the shit.

The get it and love it! SemperFi and kick ass!

    They are rock stars!!!1

  • Thats cuz the Marines are all certified psycopaths, not that thats a bad thing ;)

  • @EpicAsshole it is when they're raping little girls

  • @CJDiggs lolol Its 2011 and you still think that.

  • @XxBillyGoatNinjaxX Ohhh? Are you thinking I mean some Vietnam war movie? Or do you mean lots has changed since the 1995 Okinawa rape incident? Because google is telling me otherwise. 2002 Okinawa, Japan / 2004 Darwin, Australia / 2006 Subic Bay, Philippines / 2011 Denver Airport, US / I can fill in the gaps but I don't have all day. Search "marines rape" if you want to see more. Nothing against the marines as a whole but for a group who holds a god so highly they sure do kill and rape a lot.

  • @CJDiggs Please dont tell me you Googled all that to make an argument.. And obviously I know our military have done some bad things in the past but seriously, hasnt everyone else? Nazis used to rape women and kill children while sweeping out towns they didnt need to clean and Russians, Iraqis, French, etc. arent any different. Anyone can believe what they want but criticizing one country for something everyone else has done isnt right.

  • @XxBillyGoatNinjaxX I did google that, as mentioned. Please don't tell me that because others do and have committed atrocities that it's okay to commit them today. If I was a god fearing marine I would be holding myself and my corps to a much higher standard.

  • @EpicAsshole sick in the head and just wantin to drop some lead

  • thanks for the update, i work on helos in the usmc...

  • You sure man? I watched a special on the military channel on the first Ospreys in Iraq, patrol duties. Dropped a platoon of leathernecks outside of a village while a Cobra and two Hueys covered them. One Heuy went in first to mark the LZ with smoke. Damn, you gotta love the Marines!

  • I guess thats the Bell UH-1N Iroquois, looks pretty much like the UH-1D, but with two engines and a different nose. And thats what I mean - the UH-1N were used by the marines - th osprey too, so it makes sense...

  • enemy uav is airborn!

  • a UAV is online

  • enemy helicopter inbound

  • LOL! This ain't COD4 guys.

  • 10 Kill Streak!

  • huey's are still in service?!

  • yea just not as much as they used to be

  • Woot! Get Some!

  • The name Huey actually comes from the original designation of the UH-1, HU-1A. When it was adopted, the cobra, having a large percentage of parts commonality, was called huey cobra after it, despite huey being a play on Helicopter Utility 1A. Since they were both nicknamed huey at some point, regardless of their actual roles, I think you can say that these are also at least modern descendants of hueys, or helicopters in the 'huey' family.

  • very small for an black hawk... xD

  • not a blackhawk

  • Lol, watch BLACK HAWK DOWN, when you don't know what a Black Hawk looks like...:-)

  • Actually to clarify, they are both Hueys. The Cobra is the AH-1 variant, and the second Uh variant

  • to MrFreeman420: they are not hueys. they are iroquois. : D

  • we still use hueys :P

  • You only was looking?

  • Looked like some back door guns from the huey
