YOU should re-launch it as a tool for people to Quit Smoking. Then they have to accept it. Include tips for quitting smoking, and how the smoke mimicks the feeling of smoking but without the lung cancer side effect. Have your friends write testimonials how they totally quit using the app, then charge $25 for it and thousands of people will download it. Your app was rejected because the name you picked is just plain dumb. You may as well have called it iGetHigh
