  • @CookingWithCarolyn You mean how to make it? Or how to use it in a recipe?

  • I made these.. Thanks for the recipe. They were a hit. I used Strawberries instead!! THANKS.> Carolyn

  • @DivaBeaute You're so welcome :)

  • Looks good!!! Those crepes reminds me of the special the Olive Garden had last year around spring/summer 2010, five cheese crespelle with chicken, it was the BOMB!!! Of course it's not a dish you would eat everyday (lol) but it was soo good!!! I'll give these a try!!!

  • @LRoss1069 Yeah, crepes can be used in both savory and sweet dishes...mine have cinnamon though lol I'd leave it out of this recipe and use the crepes for savory dinner dish :)

  • Those blueberry crapes look so nice.Blueberry pancakes are my favorite breakfast foods. Blueberry everything...

  • I've never thought of making whole-wheat crepes. I'll have to try that.

  • @Kephirra Yeah, I did that because I know some people would like to have another fun and tasty way of approaching whole wheat. I made these and I loved them with Nutella and bananas. The texture is a little different but it is really good to me. Thanks for watchin' :)

  • hi diva! love this simple recipe with strawberries! i've heard you mention in some of your sweet dishes about how they would go good with coffee, soooo i was wondering if you could do a recipe with kicked up coffee....you know, maybe a little liquer, or liquor lol!

  • @rintube12 LOL, Now you're speaking my language ;D

  • Love it, glad you didn't reshot the "egg shell drop".

  • @amblake01 LOL :) Yeah you all know I have mishaps sometimes. Yep I just recover and keep it pushin' Thanks for hangin in there with me.

  • YESSSSS!!! Gotta have that side of coffee!! This looks so fabulous and elegant!!! Gotta try it. We must be in that same blueberry mood because I'm uploading a blueberry muffins recipe right now.

  • @divascancook Thanks, I know huh. I'll have to come check out your muffins. That turkey burger was poppin' too lol

  • I will definitely try these!!!!!

  • I have missed you!

  • THANK YOU

  • I know this sounds like a silly question, but I always ask what i want to know...im trying to learn..lol.....A crepe is basically just an upscale pancake and you can fill it with what ever you like?...like meats and cheeses etc

  • @sGracestill11601 Not a silly question and you're exactly right! Most cuisines have a version of a thin pancake like "wrap" that can be stuffed with a host of savory or sweet filling. I just saw an Asian version of a huge crepe like pancake that's rolled out and worked out by hand, cooked on a griddle and then stuffed with fresh veggies & meat and rolled like a burrito.

  • REQUEST: chocolate cake please!

  • @nimarocks1 Oh Lawd...baking! lol But I do have a recipe I've been trying to perfect. I'll probably reveal it before the holidays. Baking! *faint*

  • missing your vids.. Carolyn do you have a recipe for crabcakes..please share if you do..I have been trying to master that and it has been a disaster,,they are either too cakey or something...I had some at a Ruby Tuesday and they were awesome..they even had some type of cream sauce...Sorry ask you this on this vid..just curious........wow this loooks,,yummy thanks again..Grace

  • @sGracestill11601 Well, I dont have one as of yet. I love them too. I like them when the crab is the star and limited amount of other ingredients so the crab comes through. Yum! I'll have to put that on my list.

  • @CookingWithCarolyn thanks....

  • @CookingWithCarolyn i will be looking for it...I have wasted lots of money trying to master it.. I made some once and hated to throw all that stuff say.....I took them to my mothers house to see if her cat would like them....That cat sniffed one and tasted it, then looked at me as if to say "yeah right...lol" so you know im in bad shape..lol....Help a Sistah out.... thanks for replying...Have a Blessed Day!!

  • Great video like always Miss Carolyn. You look GREAT btw :-). Have a nice week

  • @Missyplaymate3 Hey Rachel, thanks so much and you too!

  • I absolutely love crepes.. we make them all the time. The blueberry sauce sounds delicious with the marcapone! What other fruits do you think would work well in this recipe? You really need to be on food network. I have tried several of your recipes and they all be delicious. Once I start recording again..I will be sharing a few of them with my viewers.

  • @MsNJohnson You could use peaches, strawberries, mixed berries, etc and if the fruit goes out of season use the frozen packages and it'll be similar. Thanks for watching and giving the recipes a try :)

  • great video. i really love how you think outside of the box when picking recipes. they always look so easy, i gives me a little more confidence when going into the kitchen. btw i made the chipotle blackberry bbq chicken, and it was AWSOME. keep the videos coming.

  • @Bakerbran Thanks, that's my goal to to slightly twist some of our regular every day dishes so we don't get bored. Also be ready to try something different, shake things up a bit.
