wow so glad i just found this!! Flawless! Do you meditate? If you dont mind me asking.....what kind of self help techniques do you practice mentally or physically besides hooping? Okay, I've watched this video over and over, I love it so much. :) I wanted to ask you about the hoop you use in it, I love it, it looks so "ghostly". :) Is the color from the tape or the tubing?
