I thought in fairness I would tell you that I made sort of a rebuttal video to this one on my channel. Not out of disrespect, but just sharing my thoughts.
I thought that your comparison of the OT laws and the constitution were spot on and I agreed wholeheartedly.
However, I thought it was a bit irresponsible of you to compare the likes of R. Paul and Schiff to OT prophets. The prophets talked to God directly. Paul/Schiff make predictions based on world trends/statistic. No comparison.
...i realized it years ago...we are the messengers...& we know how messengers are treated for giving the message...thus, i made my choice that truth is the way & i do not, will not ever, live in fear of truth...it's been uplifting & insightful to hear your words as they confirm mine...& to the listeners, readers, and posters, that assist in putting these trials & tribulations of the world in perspective...we are the chosen ones & it is a pleasure, & honor, to share this world with you all.
I think that the term "prophet" has been mystified and in many cases "deified". We are the awake of this world and we have an obligation to "cry out in the wilderness" to all who can hear. You are part of that great line of prophets that will be remembered for your bravery and alertness. My G-d who goes beyond all understanding, be with you and yours always.
Very interesting parallels and perspective, John. Maybe you should send both copies over to Mr Lloyd Blankfein who's claims Goldman Sachs is doing Gods work (face palm). He's apparently become very detached from both of those documents.

Liked the vid, but didn't Moses bring just ten commandments down from Mt Sinai? Didn't the rabbi's of the time cook up the rest of the stuff out of their own desire for control over every aspect of Jewish life?
