sure but against a i7 or my 980x it can't render as good and that is a fact LOL will take ages to render on a regular quad =x

If You expect 8 cores cpu to be 100 % faster or double the speed when comparing to 4 core cpu, you are completely wrong

To guive you a example a normal i7 without being overclocked can do this test in 52s wich is good , my cpu without any overclock can do this 1:10s , which means, the small difference is not even a 20% difference in performance dispite having double the cores

Something is wrong with your i7 if it does the test at the same speed at 3.0 GHz and 4.0 GHz. On my i7, at 4.2 Ghz, my cinebench rendered in 36 seconds as in my video I'm posting as a video response. 54 seconds at 2.8 ghz, then 36 seconds at 4.2ghz

to be honest 4.0 oc performance does not justify the oc it is a waste to be honest.

A waste of what? If you have cooling that can handle it, why not overclock as far as you can? Overclocking is technically free performance gains.
