@TodayPleases ...as for the Ultra-Rich, they will avoid paying taxes the same ways they always have. Raising taxes on the rich DOES NOT increase revenue for just that reason. Rather, it reduces industry because it is those corporate owners who are not so rich and can't afford the hedge funds and the over-seas bank accounts who end up paying the tab.
