people are saying shes extensions, but when she was young her hair was quite long and it SO didnt look like she had extensions, so when did she have it cut cuz she came out of the hairdressers in june 2010 id say with short hair and it toke her 9 hrs, and i know shes got highlights now, but highlights wouldn't take 9 hours!

@Lovermiley100 awe its ok my sis just found out she's meeting Justin Bieber and i got really jealous but i really wish 2 meet Miley Cyrus 2 and i hope u an i will meet her one day :) BTW her voice sounds wonderful live! :) <3
