i wish pizza was as simple as it was then and adhered to the food pyramid requirements: healthy and simple. Just a simple thin breading with a thin crust, some light tomato sauce, light cheese, and some spinach or basil. Not this meat lover pizza or deep-dich, rich carb pizza we have today that ruins our health. And even then those healthy pizzas were carefully and thoughtfully made by hands (thereby generally healthier). Not by machine or just slapped on or dropped on the ground. So sad :(
