This is Scott Mercado in his band Manouk, they have a myspace for f*ck sack. Scott Mercado HAS PLAYED with Black Heart Procession. But he is not a member of the band. That may in fact be him in the other music video by TBHP.
But this is not TBHP this is Manouk, both bands are great and everyone should give them a listen.
But the host might want to change the title of this.

Nah, I just looked around on the web and figured out this is Manouk. His real name is Scott Mercado and he plays in Black Heart Procession. If you check out BHP's "Not Just Words" video, he looks exactly the same as in this.
