I would laugh if a kid saw this and when he went to kindergarten and the teacher asked what color blue was and he responded

Dude, this was epic. I loved how it didn't follow the actually ROY G BIV pattern and concentrated more on the actual color learning. Seriously people, it's not the Law that the colors need to follow a certain order.

Yes, it is important to get facts right when teaching small children. It is really hard to correct them , if they really like the teacher who taught them incorrectly. Even if you think Indigo is to hard a word for your students.
