The guy, with the ears standing out to his shoulders, talking in the beginning is a well known martial artist in Sweden. The where making fun of people doing "Playfround workouts", aswell as Parkour.
@GHwraith I wanted it to be fake, because it's so sad and hilarious at the same time to see how people just invent an entire lifestyle on the basis of doing pullups. Ah whatever floats your boat I guess.
Not to hate on this, i think it's great, but wouldn't it be the other way around? Parkour has been here since the beginning of man, they just gave it a name in the 70's. Belle brought it up about then. 70's is before 80's, so wouldn't chinning have borrowed from parkour, and not vise versa?
@Rasclot222 i thought the same thing....lol..."chinning battles" i mean it takes form and strength to do these stuff but chinning battles....comeon...
Parkour ? What a bullshit ... How much time do you exist as a known team ??? Parkour is about 20 years soon !! All stuff used in so called freerunning , flips , flags , and other non Parkour moves are coming from acrobatics , nandbalancing arts and e.t.c.. What's so revolutionary have you invented to make Parkour copy your moves??
What you're practicing is an art for sure , but if you think it's super revolutionary , most blah blah blah , you're wrong. Parkour for example more deep discipline
this is a great video... & what looks like a very interesting documentary... but it seems to be claiming ownership of a genre of training that existed long before the 80's. Much love & respect to all chinners, but it is important to identify authenticity. Peace & Love -D.O.C
This is the greatest thing I've ever seen. I went to the website but it doesn't have English translation. Can anyone translate the information for Chinner's Championship 09?
Between the 11th and 15th of august the first ever Chinners Championship 2009 will be arranged in Stockholm Sweden. The competition is open to everyone and will be held during a week of festivities at the" Young-08 Festival" (08 is Stockholms area code). There are two categories: classic - traditional pull-ups - and freestyle. The winners will get some really cool prizes!
The first dude was Johney Deep

You are using his name for a bad purpose. He is a humble man. Try to look further than your 5 year old comment.
