Yes you can burn nitromethane my 304" flathead burns alcohol with 15 percent nitromethane but use caution as high percentages on some cam grinds with eat lifters along with the port and relieve job you spent so much time on FLAT HEADS FOR EVER!!!!!!!

Even though it is a much modified dragster engine it still has that distinctive "Flattie" exhaust burble!

What cubic inch capacity is it?

P.S. Kiddies (anyone under 35) it is not a V6, despite only 6 exhaust pipes.

The flat-head Ford engine had a shared exhaust manifold, one for the two middle cylinders on each bank.
