I always thought that Australians, Austrians, Canadians, etc.. were a smarter breed, but that research kinda proves my assumption. And while it might be true that religions might eventually become inconsequential in some countries, I don't think that's gonna happen in a bigger scale any time soon. They are so deeply ingrained in the culture of many other regions that it would take an event of cataclysmic proportions to make the trick.

I always thought that Australians, Austrians, Canadians, etc.. were a smarter breed, but that research kinda proves my assumption. And while it might be true that religions might eventually become inconsequential in some countries, I don't think that's gonna happen in a bigger scale any time soon. A society never acknowledges the contemporary religions as myth, but they always regard ancient religions as myth.
How can it be that ancient civilizations who invented the concept of "God", yet these ancient "Gods" are currently regarded as "pagan Gods"? They created the concept of God, were just guessing? And they guessed wrong?

Christianity is not a Religion, Atheism would be a Religion, but I doubt that will go extinct. Christianity is not a work of man but a work of God in a person who has found favor with God. Christianity is an expression of Gods love and grace towards sinful men. The world will always have religion but it will not always have Christianity
