i got this a week ago and i love it; its my 1st blackberry. it may have sucked when it first came out but now it doesnt because i made improvements like adding a trimmed business card under the battery which made it click 10X better and updated the OS to 5. which made it freezes rarely and not nearly as much as before. you can change it so it doesnt auto dim also

My biggest tip is dont touch this phone with a barge pole. I have one, my wife has one, and in the past 6 months both our phones have been back to vodafone at least 4 times with screen problems, phone crashing, etc etc. Were tied to the 18 month contract and vodafone will not budge on it, as they say the phones are excellent -- hmm doesnt wash, as they just released the storm 2, according to their call centre is to fix out all the problems they have been having with the storm 1

yes it does. You can get games on the app world and there is actually a youtube app that you can download by googling it on the phone. I suggest using Opera Mini for a browser

if you upgrade to the os 5.0 nothing of this would be necessary!!, you don't have to be worried about open apps or nothing like that the phone just works smooth and awesome with 5.0 and it has FLICK scrolling( scrolls like the iphone)

i must say if your screen gets a tiny scuff to take care of it immediately, because i didnt realise that getting a little nick of a scratch on the screen would get effected into a large crack from one side of the screen to the next. so just be aware of your screen, seems quite easy to get damaged
