I found out its a sample both used.I should have known everything Just Blaze does is sample based. He threw me off and I thought it was an original arrangement because he replays samples to get more of a muscial feel. 9th is a beast but Just Blaze is more versatile with his sound. Just will also use live singers, choirs, live musicians, and he's definitely more talented with his drum playing abilities. I love 9th too. His sample chopping is on another level.I like his R&B stuff like Tyler Woods.
