I enjoy the interviews where he is more relaxed. He'z not lyk freaking out here, itz nice 2 c that every once and a while. he seems 2 think better when the interviewer is just talking 2 him lyk they r having a regular conversation.

This was a great interview. None of the same questions asked over and over again. Great job to the interviewer. Rob seemed more comfortable for a change.

I agree...there are so many where the interviewer just like stares at him (or whoever is being interviewed) with like this blank smile and you can tell they're waiting to ask the next question and it's so awkward. But this interviewer was so responsive and friendly and still professional, and it made it interesting to watch.
