They have more than one person playing each character. A lot of the castmembers also do more than one character. For example, some Mad Hatters will also play Merlin and some girls will do both Alice and Wendy and even Tinkerbell and some girls will play more than one princess too.

i never got any encounters like that with princesses when I was little. they never made much conversation with me when i was a kid. All I would do is go up to them and give them a hug and then take a pic and then say bye and leave.
