The 'god' essence IS - that is, no need to 'get' to it - we are GOD. Awakening to that realization is the most important thing simply because it potentiates, or gives energy to expand to everything we see or do.

Are you awakened? Are you God? Then experience samadhi right this second.
Are you not able to do so? Then effort is required. That effort is the "awakenING".
Gurunath offers us Kriya Yog as an "awakening". Aren't we blessed?
