Crysis - Set up drivable vehicle from XSI Mod Tool to S2E

How hard is it to make a vehicle? Are you able to just modify pre existing vehicles (lets say reshape a tank to an Abrams M1A2? Or slap on another rotor and change the shape of the helicopter to look like a KA-50?)

Yes, I can modify the existing vehicles.
