Just keep playing Original Mode. Shoot at the areas where you think items might pop up. I believe items are random in Original Mode. I got it by doing this.

ummm if you are trying to unlock grenade launcher on wii, it's the same thing on dreamcast i think, anyways u must get a shotgun first u see a door next to the barriers where theres a gold frog, anyways theres a door next to it, shoot it and it will open, sometimes the lady gives you shotgun or grenade launcher, when i make a house of the dead video, i'll show u.
