Regardless of paying your bill, this can not happen. A collection agency can be sued, shut down, and a collector can be arrested and sued for these types of behavior. These insects need to be squashed to the ground like the bugs that they are. I wonder what it must feel like to call someone a "loser" or "ghetto", and thereafter be served with a complaint and summons for that type of behavior? You think your collection company is going to defend you? They will just fire yand replace you.

The best way to deal with debt collectors is to stay calm and start asking them what they are wearing. Then tell them you are touching yourself and you want them to keep talking......all they can do is talk.....they bought the debt for pennies on the dollar of what is owed. The more they get the more commission they make...so have fun with it....NEVER let them know the county you live in either, do not give your address. Tell them you have moved in with family because your not working.
