Sweet project. If I can ever figure out the code I plan to make a keyboard encoder for MAME on the ATMega. Probably a 128 for all the I/O I'll need. I'd use external decoding but that's just a pain :-)

This would actually be nice for Ikari Warriors in MAME :-)
