SO IM QUITE NEW TO PARKOUR BUT PERSONLY I THINK

IM NOT THAT BAD. I CAN WALL FLIP, BACK 360 AND MORE TRICKS LIKE THAT

This is an amazing video! But be careful about landings.... because if you don't roll your knees will be useless in a super short amount of time.

Green roofs are not designed to run on as it destroys them and they were doing that on quite a few of them. Once the plant based is disturbed the UV light will get to the insulation part of the roof easier and destroy it having to than replace the whole thing. Although the people in the movie are skilled it does give me a sense of sadness to see them destroying those roofs with such carelessnes.

I really just don't care how the video was made but these people have great skills in the art of Parkour (Free running) They could even be in a movie as stuntmen for Parkour stunts. ;)
