Give us westerns a freaking break, our roots to our spiritual past was stolen from us centuries ago. Only now are we allowed to recreated for ourselves. The chakra you keep referring to as the 'kundalini' chakra is the 'Swadhisthana' chakra. Kundalini is the overall primal energy that flows up the sushumna nadi.

Confusing terms does not in and of itself mean that she "has no idea what she is talking about". Reiki applied in that area does intend to have an effect using the energy usable through that area; whatever you choose to call it... be it the Sacral Chakra, Sea of Chi/Ovarian Palace (even though these are reference to different points), or whatever.

She may be offending Kundalini Yogis by using that word, but don't dismiss what she is sharing here out of political correctness.
