I would just like to respond to IDSTARTAREVOLUTION2's opinionated comment if it's ok with u guys, firstly that' ur opinion, that doesn't make it right and secondly the only vampire movies I have ever seen have had castles, bats coffins and a busty blonde action hero,Twilight has none of these, it' original, realistic and AWESOME.

Awful movie. Film AND novels copied off of SOO many things before it.  Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Forever Knight, or Angel with some of 'The Covenant' thrown in. It just makes me sick.

well you didn't have to watch it or read the book so... and it was nothin like the Covenant. The Covenant was about witches. Forever Knight was a big cliche of vampires and i loved buffy and angel. it's a great love story. Stephanie Meyer created her own kind of vampire. it wasn't like the buffy & angel vamps and it wasn't like Forever Knight either. If you don't like it you don't have to tell the people who loved it that it sucked. It was an original novel w/ a copied love story thats all

i have read all the books and watched the movie.  really some parts of the movie did suck but some parts were portrayed really well. over all i have to say it's a pretty good movie having been made after a book.

Well the movie and the book are good but I thikn they cut out a lot of important points of the story line in the book!

There were many parts that I was surprised they left out so that is mainly what irritated me.

I think they have a great cast for the movie and I can't wait for New Moon to come out(2010!!!)

It is going to be amazing!

i am starting to read twilight...i know it's kinda late but i couldn't get a hold of it sooner ^0^ but i'll say that the book is good but not the greatest...i like the movie more because there's live action. some parts were different from the book but I think that the changes were better and more intense. they rushed at the beginning but hey the book rush also, just that it's written which took longer to read then when watching it. i thought the characters matches. overall, the movie was great!

Ha i saw this movie last night!

IT WAS AMAZING!

Loved the baseball game scene. Wicked good.

But they wrecked the ending of the movie with Victoria. That wasent in the book. Also they dragged it on a little bit, but other than that i loved it!
