if you add ham it taste so good n even better with when u grind the pepper fresh uhm great aroma

are there any substitutes instead of using the mayonnaise? the salad looks delicious but what else would be healthier to mix the veggies and pasta with?

@suzballoon Instead of mayonnaise, you can use a fat free ranch dressing, or lowfat ranch dressing. I do that for more flavor.

Are those frozen or can pease ?

@misteeq64 they are thawed peas, but you can use the can peas as well. Also you can cook the frozen peas with a little water for 1 or 2 minutes, drain, allow to cool then add to the salad.
