Hey, thanks for posting this response and sorry for the wait. Most likely the problem is that your video files are in a format that Sony Vegas 8.0 Pro isnt compatible with. To fix this, go to Google, and search for AVS Video Converter 6. Your first option should be 6.3, go ahead and install that. Once so, with the program you should be able to browse for the clip, then select the format you want to change it to.
