I was recommended to Stephan Braun, but I think Belgrade needs a year round mega club (3000 or more people) Is there any venue like this...? Maybe I do not know about it.

@ianjohn05 The clubs shift from the floats to the city throughout the seasons. There are a number of clubs that are open year round. There isn't a lot of information posted, and they aren't advertised well. You really need to meet the right people. Also, sometimes the best parties are the smaller intimate ones. If you want thousands, wait for exit fest ;)
