lol. xD. I dont think its even a capture card. It plugs in by USB and it comes with the wire with the 3 colors and you plug it in and it works. Its actually for playing games in real time on your pc but it comes with a recording feature and a feature for taking pics. The software it uses to record is called intervideo home theatre. I also bought it at an Asian mall so who knows where it came from :P
