ich war damals live dabei und es war für mich der hammer! nicht kollo der erst wieder im letzten akt sich zusammen nahm, nein sondern meine schnaut die ich liebe und die es immer wieder schafft das ich gänsehaut ohne ende bekomme!! und wenn ich schon vergesse zu atmen dann ist es das was wir hören und auch sehen wollen!! und wenn ich mich nicht täusche hat tielemann die musiker geführt!! eine moment in meinem leben den ich nicht vergessen werde!!!
Vielleicht Gänsehaut, weil sie von der Intonation viiiiel zu tief ist und ihre Wobbels ihnen um die Ohren geschlackert sind? Diese Frau ist nicht mehr tragbar als Sängerin...
Thi-I-i-I-is is te-E-e-E-errible. Her vibrato makes it impossible to even guess which note she intended to hit. I wonder if she knows it by herself. Please Ms. Schnaut. Abandon the soprano-parts and concentrate on Fricka, The Countess (Pikovaja Dama) and Adelaide (Arabella). Please don´t ruin the great operas...
perfect live sound which is just perfect for an opera house can hardly be recorded properly (and the other way round). Listen to this wonderful singer live- her on stage -you in the audience!
I heard Schnaut this afternoon as Elektra at la Fenice :-((( way past time for her to retire, it was really all over the place, the wobble is about half an octave, all the high notes are at least a tone under and approached like a jet taking off, the diction is all muddled. She has so much trouble just singing that there is no interpretation. Her Isolde here about 15 years ago was great.
I agree. I saw and heard her in may 2004 in the Met (New York) as Brünnhilde. I didn't like her voice and at the end of Siegfried she sang b'' (instead of c''' on the word "Tod") I never heard a badder Brünnhilde! James Morris (Wotan)was still wonderfull and also Placido Domingo as Siegfried. Schnaut must immediately stopp singing now! That's my opinion.
I love Gabi Schnaut but I don't know for sure if she still should sing this party. Very big intonation problems, although in the auditorium this probably is less obvious with her big round voice with its heavy vibrato .....

taja das ist deine meinung dazu! gebe dir recht das sie heut natürlich nicht mehr so gut ist wie damals aber für mich ist und bleibt sie die diva!
