i went to the expo with my mum and dad. Compared to all the other pavillions uk's was the most boringest one but most artistic design... All it was is seeds and that was it really. It was so funny... we pretented we had a flight soon and we wanted to go in this one so much and they let us in into each one early. How cheeky is me my mum and dad lol

@pakjai awww. Why did you not go?? My dad has been to nearly all the pavilions like these in different countries since he was born. It was worth going but mainly for those who have stregth and like a lot of WALKING! :S it tired be out tbh. But hey thank goodness for youtube videos. I was in shanghai for the world expo on july 28 and the chinese pavillion was by far the best...the line is a 5 hour wait..with a reservation it is about a 2 hour wait...so so worth it

Hehe...take a look at Taiwan Pavilions as well...5:19. Though it looks like toilet at day time, i've heard it gets pretty impressive when the LED screen are on. And they serve foods and drinks in there too! :)

Why can't Australia just get over with the whole "OUTBACK" impression thing and move on with something modern + fresh?

The pavilion looks like a big piece of remote bush COWDUNG. How they supposed to be proud of a negative stereotype of their country, even fanatic enough to build an entire pavilion to project that image to the world? LOL They might as well make some "lazer flies" flying over the top.

@bigfatdick5000 Yes, we did show the line keeper, Mr. Hayford, our USA passports but he said no, and he started to talk to me in Chinese when I didn't. I would not be mad it everyone has to queue up, but in fact they did let other Caucasians get into the faster lane.

@albatool Heya! Im just back from the EXPO it's incredable! Honestly you wont get a chance to everything there I was there for two days with VIP passes and only saw a handful of Pavillions! Deffinatly go visit your own country's pavillion and the China Pavillion and visit the gift shop too! I recomend Australia, Thailand, Africa, Switzerland and Denmark! Enjoy! :)

Few things that really surprised me. 1st, how come China allowed a rebel province (Taiwan) to join the expo. 2nd, why no Indonesia??? and 3rd, why the design for Malaysia is using Rumah Gadang (an Indonesian traditional house)? I'm proud as a chinese seeing China as the only country who can make this happen, but sad as Indonesia is not there, a country where I was born.

The main theme of the Expo is "Better City Better Life" ; the only missing part of the expo which all the beautiful pavilions cannot show us is how we as ONE human and ONE world can have the Respect towards others and know that the only way we can have a BETTER LIFE is to learn to Understand and Respect others needs.
