@hirourano He doesn't do it randomly anymore, he now only does it in the mornings when it gets light, when he's been alone too long and when he's eating by himself. Mostly for attention, lol.
@cindy600 I did my research already. We let him out and we couldn't get him back in because he's still scared of our hand, and I don't think I should buy more toys yet since he doesn't even play with the one he has.
does your bird still do that? i just got mine couple days ago and has been doing the same thing, hopefully ill start hearing nice happy chirps

@cindy600 how is he supposed to trim the birds's wings if it's too afraid of his hands? just grab the bird and give it a heart attack??
