@MHaidharulIrfan That is not a movie, the scene is actually from a game called Assassin's Creed and guy in hood is Al-Tair Ibn Lahd- One of assassin's from first crusade but not a real character found in history (I guess he is like Hassan Ibn sabbah or during his time) who later in the game become master assassin.

If you like history do play this game, they obviously had their own creed but still quite interesting to play and learn.
