Manba can look okay if done right and on certain people. It's a very hard look to pull off, and even those who look good in it and do it right will probably get laughed at by some people (although, I guess that applies to all styles anyway lol). I prefer styles that are more about what you're wearing than what make-up you have on, like lolita, decora, and fairy-kei myself. I never really got into the manba/ganguro/kogal stuff.
