@xXOwnigerXx According to lore the advent were pretty nasty. Human experimentation, human sacrifices, and mass use of psychoreactive substances as a few examples. Think of the most taboo and deviant society you can imagine and you get the advent.

So I'm not too surprised they were expelled.

They are right to fear the advent. Though I wonder if this game makes a monster out of me. I cannot help but rejoice as I hear the terrified screams from TEC planets as the Unity fleets causes a hysteria. However, with no single player game you can do what i did. Make a map with lots of planets and stars, I along with two other advent players against about four or so TEC and 3 Vasari players. You start so far apart that it is like a campaign, a few advent players against many TEC players.

they didn't really have a reason for fearing and exiling the early advent, they weren't bothering anyone and stayed on their one planet.

@DARKNIGHT7895 You need to upgrade the planets you colonize. Otherwise they are a money-losing drag on your credits.

that's ridiculous, the mysterious enemy destroyed their entire empire and war fleet with the exception of one ship whose crew was driven insane, they had every reason to run

I'm ticked off at my AI ally. I was playing a 2V2V2 campaign and I found myself fighting all 4 enemies with little to no help. My ally was stupid, couldn't hold his planets while chasing the enemy for no real reason. One set of enemies worked as a team stretching my forces out and there was plenty of carnage on both sides. I had to give up as my ally was not going to be of any real use to me even though I crushed one of the AI's two main planets. And this was on normal difficulty in entrenchment

I like the TEC for 2 main reasons: 1) I like the blockiness and overall look of their capital ships (at least they are not unevenly shaped like one of the Advent ships), and 2) I never really got used to any other names for the buildings and untis of the other 2. Hehehe. Great game though, love it.

the reason why the TEC ships look 'blocky' is because they're accually modified freighters with stronger guns, armaments and sheilds.

You could not run this game, get an ASUS, they're pretty cheap (for a computer) and so far i have had almost no problems.

Very easily. Sins can play on integrated video cards even as long as you downgrade it. It also downgrades well not sacrificing enjoyment just because you lowered the visuals. But you should have to worry about that put it all as high as possible.
