In idial condiotion if you tahe H2O and using electicity you will get H2 + O, but then again when you burn the whater you will get the same ammount of anargy thet you spend priviesly so it is not posiable in any case to get any energy from Whater becous simple the whater is burned hidrogen(H) H2 + O -> H2O + energy , you can note Burn H2O again anad get energy you can not have H2O2! ...

I think the water is turned into H2 using electricity and then the H2 is burned to create energy.

What i dont get is how can the battery be loaded while the car is driving without the battery eventually running out

just like in a normal car with an alternator it could have someing like it or a generator runing of the wheels.
