1993-1994 Jordan was retired and the bulls did'nt get a ring..They did'nt even win the east
1994-1995 Jordan came out of retirement just before the playoffs..the bulls were 31-31 at one point without #23...Jordan came out of retirement to try and save the season but it was to late..Bulls lost in the conf semi finals
1995-1996 Jordan is 100% focused again and is with the team from day 1..The Bulls win the title the next 3 years

It doesn't matter how good a player is, if they can't put it together then they ain't shit. That's what a coach does.
If you actually watch the games, you'd see that it's not just give the good guy the ball and let them do their thing. Why couldn't Kobe do that in '05 and '06 when he was going off? Because it doesn't work like that.
I agree that maybe organizations and owner don't win games (although they CAN lose games) but coaches are every bit as important as players.
