No, you just have to clean it for about 4 weeks...thats what I did. And it worked perfectly, no bumps around my piercing and no infection at all.
I know some people who didnt clean it every day, they skipped some nights or mornings..and they got like a bubble around the piercing, or an infection. So I advise you to clean it every day.

I got some of that and tried to push the ring out from the inside (like mentioned before) and I feel better now. I was about to just take it completely out!! I will also do the Dial and salt water as well. Very good tutorial!!!
NO WAY! (in a non agressive way) using hydrogen peroxide will never let the piercing heal, on top of that it can give chemical burns because of constint use. but im not too sure about iozdized salt, personally i have a nose piercing and i like going to a tattoo piercing both, and i get their spray, its really good because its already mixed and what not. ( i use dragon mist its in a white spray bottle, it has a strong scent but thats because of the tea tree oil which is a natrual anti septic )

Its fine just to put the soap on the top. It really isnt good to put it on the end where your nose ring is on the inside..cuz it bubbles up, and gets inside your actual piercing...so just do it on top :)
No, you cant use regular table salt...I forget why, it could mess up your nose piercing... But use sea salt! Or there are sprays out there that are sea salt that you can spray on a q-tip. Thats what my sister uses..but I go with mixing the sea salt in water just to be safe! :]
A really good tip that i have is if you have a corkscrew in just gently push the jewelery with you index finger on the inside of your nose, which will push the jewelery out a little, then put the dial soap right in the piercing, so you know its clean : )

I got my nose pierced I think like, 4 weeks this Friday. Its normal for it to be swollen if you got it done just 2 days ago. Mine was like that as well. Where is your nose itchy? Mine was too, and my sister's was also..she just got hers done about 2 weeks ago. another reason for lukewarm water is because it is at a temperature where the water particles move faster then cold water so the salt blends in easier and faster:)

It does not take an hour. You are WAY exaggerating. Look at the video, it doesnt even take 10 minutes. When I actually do the cleaning, it takes about 2 minutes as well. all the info is right but the one thing is when it is young (1-2 weeks) you shouldnt rotate the piercing because it disturbs it.

Dial is actually not good for the piercing. Sea salt spray is the best! Or soaks.

No, you can't use table salt, it has iodine in it and it will irritate your piercing.
