linceovr supports FBX format (direct import) for animated 3D models. You need to create your animation in your 3d modeling environment like maya, 3d studio max, bake the animation and export to FBX format.
Apart this, inside linceovr you can add 3 kind of movements to each single separated geometry of your tree: translate, rotate, bounce (of course along any axis)
