The video isn't about balloons. Mylar means Mohinder and Sylar. Take the M from the first name and replace the S in the second name, and it's what people call it when the two characters are in a relationship.

Mohinder and Sylar are from the TV series Heroes.

lol yea I prefer the Romanian version too. But when I heard this song--the lyrics screamed MYLAR. I don't think the Romanian version has the same lyrics does it?
